While I originally chose Storage King, Takapuna for its convenience (and it is) I have now had three house lots there over the last 5 years or so. I ve returned because of the cleanliness, security, easy access, and lovely professional staff who go out of their way to assist and provide excellent customer service. The site is well maintained, communications and billing is friendly, timely and informative and I have had no concerns about the care of our personal belongings. The convenience of having a trailer on site helped a lot with the inevitable overflow too. While I hope this is our forever home, you never know and we wouldn t hesitate to book in again. Highly recommended!

Units are very secure and clean. Going through security gates to access your unit is easy. Staff are great, flexible and very helpful. Two movers were suggested, the first didn t answer the phone so lost the job! The second were very good, and knew the Storage King system well. Should I need to store again - hope not! - it s the only storage company I would allow to home to be stored with.

I have been with Storage King for five years, having up to 4 units at times when needed .I am now down to one as that is all that is required at this time. The flexibility suits my small business. Management has always been very helpfull and friendly. The onsite trailer which is available for a small charge has been and still is a convenience for shifting larger lots from time to time. All in all- I feel secure in the complex and will be staying on for the foreseeable future.

Staff were very helpful from the very start, gave me some good advice on moving and advised and assisted me with buying a number of moving and storage cardboard boxes. Andrea the manager was very helpful on one small issue I had and resolved it quickly and without fuss. Access outside of normal business hours went without a hitch - good security system. The site was always well maintained, clean and tidy.

We stored our house lot with Storage King in January of this year, and hoped to find a house to buy fairly quickly. However, this was not the case, and it took us nearly 9 months to buy one. We have been thoroughly impressed with the wonderful service at reception, whether by phone, email or in person. The staff were always polite, friendly, helpful and even interested in how we were going with our house hunting. It was also easy and convenient to be able to purchase boxes and tape before we moved. On our final day with Storage King, we broke a glass vase on the drive and one of the office ladies kindly went and got us a broom and shovel and then offered to sweep the unit out for us. This was really appreciated as we were exhausted and in a hurry to finish before the rain came. So overall, we cannot fault our dealings with Storage King, Takapuna at all. We felt that the cost of the storage was very fair and we would definitely recommend your service, or use you again if we needed to.
